Welcome to Deercrest Cottage!

We are so happy that you're here and hope that you will love it as much as we do!

Deercrest is a special place and there are so many places to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Our first deck is located right off of the living room and we're sure you'll spend many happy hours watching the sunrise and the hummingbirds feed.  The second deck is the bunkie deck which is a perfect place to sit with your morning coffee.  The third deck is located right down at the lake and is a cantilevered deck, so you are literally right on the lake.  This is where you can spend the entire day swimming, kayaking and enjoying Buck Lake.  A 3rd fridge and 2nd BBQ are located down at the lake so you have everything you'll need to enjoy your entire day right on the water. If you have children, please feel free to look in the storage bin located on the first deck to bring a few outdoor toys with you.  

We hope you also enjoy the Muskoka Room, which is a wonderful place to unwind and relax.  There are board games, puzzles, children's indoor toys and citronella candles in the cabinet in the Muskoka Room.  There is also a bookshelf in the Master Bedroom if you forgot to bring your own book.

We love Buck Lake and the privacy that this location offers.  The dock is very private due to our 'crest' and due also to the fact that a municipal lot is to our right and crown land is across the lake.

We hope that you have a wonderful time and that you can spend the entire week relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Muskoka area.
